Equity clients have automatic and free access to DisclosureNet, a powerful SEDAR and SEDI search engine and alert system that provides rapid access to all filed documents for Canadian public companies.

Today’s executives of public companies need rapid access to public documents. Finding what is needed in millions of filed documents is a daunting and time consuming task.

The system is invaluable to the CEO and CFO in searching for precedents, researching competitors and preparing Financial Statements, MD&A's and Offering Circulars. It has a cut and paste system built in that provides great convenience.

The cost of the service is included in our base service offering, representing a $3,500 annual benefit.
